We do not charge an onboarding or listing fee and if you need to use the property you have full access to the calendar using our client access portal.

We create and manage your property listing on leading short-let platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. This includes arranging professional photography, copy writing and regular reviews of your properties performance to maximise your rental potential.
We believe cleanliness is one of the most important factors when maintaining a successful rental and arrange professional cleaning following every stay. We also arrange for linen to be collected, washed and returned to the property and restocking of essential supplies and toiletries. These services are charged at an additional cost.
We aim to provide a personal service to all your guests and treat them as if they were our own. This includes promptly responding to bookings, general enquiries, providing recommendations and efficiently dealing with any issues that may arise.
We make sure that guests have received clear check-in instructions before they arrive in Bath. Keys to the properties that we manage are securely stored in key safes at the property allowing guests to check-in at their own convenience
We can provide clients with access to our channel manager software that will provide them access to bookings, the calendar, pricing and give them the ability to edit and block out any dates they need to use the property. This software is also an excellent tool that we use to monitor and manage your property and occupancy.
